E-learning courses
The skills gap is real, and it’s only getting wider. There are people without jobs, and jobs without people.
What is the skills gap?
It’s a shortage of skilled, trained people. It’s the difference between what workers know how to do and what employers need.
How it affects you and your company!
3.4 million manufacturing jobs will need to be filled in the next decade. But up to 2 million of those likely won’t be, presenting a serious challenge.

E-learning courses are self-paced and self-directed so you can learn when and where it is convenient for you. This incorporates a variety of fundamental and product specific topics to help you build expertise on automation and control systems. Each learning module contain activities, software simulations, and demonstration videos to help reinforce learning concepts. The modules can be taken on any tablet or PC using Chrome, Safari, IE, Edge, or Firefox, and all content is narrated, and has a viewable transcript.

Training needs analysis

We offer a comprehensive training needs analysis at your site to establish an individual’s knowledge, skill and experience relative to site specific installed automation equipment. The objective is to accurately establish the capability of an individual before any commitment is made to training. On completion of the analysis, confidential feedback is provided on each individual and a detailed training recommendation is proposed to bring each delegate up to the competency level required by the customer. Proper planning of training based on the training needs analysis optimises the benefits to the company and the individual.
