Legrand

Legrand’s history can be traced back to as far as 1865 in France when the company first began as a porcelain workshop, making porcelain dishes. It wasn’t until 1919, with a new partnership and owners, manufacturing porcelain diversified into electrical equipment. However, the porcelain still remained – it was the best available insulating material before plastic!
