WIN-911 Software was founded in 1974 in response to the growing field of process control automation, beginning by manufacturing alarming hardware devices for automated machinery. In 1993, the company launched the now widely known WIN-911 line of software products and has become the recognized industry leader in alarm notification software.

WIN-911 is the world’s largest Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) company dedicated to adding mobility to automation systems used in public infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, building management, and other industries. WIN-911 is used in over 10,000 facilities, in seventy countries.

One of WIN-911’s chief functions is to filter, escalate, and route machine alarms to appropriate personnel and devices in an operationally intelligent manner. WIN-911 easily integrates with most control software (SCADA, HMI and/or DCS) systems in the marketplace. With WIN-911, operators can concentrate on other tasks while the system does the monitoring. 181 of the Fortune 500 companies and 114 of the Global 500 companies use WIN-911 to manage alarm notification.

No matter what the device or network environment (smartphone push notifications, web browser, analog or VOIP phone calls, SMS messages, email, in-plant announcement system, and other devices), WIN-911 is built to notify the appropriate person whenever an alarming condition arises. WIN-911 has a powerful logic engine that powers how an alarm escalates should it continue to be a problem.

We provide four levels to meet our customers' specific requirements:

  • WIN-911/Enterprise Edition
  • WIN-911/PRO
  • WIN-911/Basic
  • WIN-911/Lite

Included with WIN-911/Enterprise Edition, and available as an add-on module to WIN-911/PRO, Mobile-911 sends push notifications to smartphones and tablets. Notification apps are available for Apple iOS (iPhones and iPads), Android, and BlackBerry devices. Alarm messages and/or reports are presented in an easy-to-read format, enabling operation managers and field personnel to react quickly to alarm conditions.

You can send acknowledgments, request alarms, and query data reports – all with the press of a single button. In addition to smartphones and tablets, WIN-911 supports SMS messaging, voice calls (analog and voice over IP), email, web browsers, paging services, and most other communication methods.
